I first saw this image a few days ago via Facebook and thought it was a very well executed Photoshop edit...mostly because I assumed any image showing in the droplet would be inverted and flipped much like you'd see on the ground glass of a view camera. Apparently, I was wrong. I doubt I'd ever have the patience to spend weeks on a single image but it may happen.
