Reuters: Best Photos of the Year

Looks like the usual year-end "best of" pronouncements have begun. But I seriously recommend that you check out Reuters' 100 Best Photos of the Year for 2011. Like wedding photography, photojournalism isn't really a photography genre I've ever had a desire to do, but I admire the PJs that routinely put their lives and safety on the line - braving natural disasters, political chaos and running to the sound of the guns - to bring the world to us each and every day...all the while producing the outstanding images you'll see here.
